About this Product
These shirts are adult unisex sizes.
Designs are put on the shirts using sublimation ink which sets in to the fibers of the shirt.
These shirts have a cotton feel.
Shirts are 95% Polyester/5% Spandex
Any design with white in it will need to go on a white tee for it to remain white. Otherwise where ever there is white in the design it will be whatever the color of the shirt is instead of white.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Processing time is 7-10 business days.
We do not ship on Sundays.
We will not be responsible for non- delivered items, if customer fails to input correct shipping address.
Once your package has been dropped at a USPS facility, the package is now the responsibility of USPS.
If you experience any issue with your package, please contact your local USPS facility.
CARE INSTRUCTION
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly onto the design.
Do not dry clean.
RETURN POLICY
We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges as the shirts are made custom for you.
We will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our end such as size, design or color.
We will require a photo to show proof of the mistake and issue a refund or exchange after proof has been provided.
You will have three days after receiving the order to request a refund or exchange.

Hello and welcome to Rooted Rustic Creations. My name is Melissa, I am a farm girl that gets to craft full-time while still being able to be home with my family, 5 dogs and many farm animals.
I am so happy to be able to create custom items for you. Do you have an idea of something you would like created and don't see it offered in my shop just message me and we can discuss bringing that idea to life. If you see something in my shop you like but would like to make changes all you need to do is message me. I would be happy to customized things specific to you.
Items are created with wood or acrylic and are hand painted.
Shop Policies
Processing Time :
- All items are handmade and painted when the order is placed. Items will take 3-7 days to create. During the holidays there might be a longer processing time depending on the item.
Shipping:
- Shipping will be USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail.
- Customer is responsible for providing the correct address. Items returned due to a incorrect address will need to be resent at the buyers cost.
- Once the item is shown as delivered no refunds or replacements will issued. Please make sure you have a secure location for deliveries.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations will be accepted within 24hrs of placing your order.
- Cancellation on personalized/custom orders will not be accepted if production has started on the item.
Return Policy :
- If the customer receives the product and is unhappy for any reason please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Buyer will need to state what the issue is and provide pictures.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product need to be returned within 7 days.
- Original shipping paid will not be included in refund.
- Refund will be issued once the product is received back in the condition it was sent.
Please Note :
- There are no two pieces of wood that are identical so color variations and grains will differ with each piece.
- Everything is hand placed and painted so there might be variations to the item listed.
